First and foremost, we at Whitby Optical would like to thank everyone who has unconditionally supported our business throughout the pandemic. With the rising number of cases and, especially the Covid-19 variants of concern, we are updating our patrons with the measures we are undertaking to provide the best and safest customer and patient experience.
All new purchases are strictly by appointment only. Warranty and pick up do not need appointments but subject to store occupancy limits (expect wait times between 5 to 10 minutes)
